The Lackawanna County Conservation District Board of Directors voted at their January 26th, 2023 meeting to adopt a new fee schedule for E&S plan reviews. Effective March 1st, 2023, all E&S plans submitted to the Conservation District for review will be subject to the amended fee schedule that can be found HERE.
