The Lackawanna County Conservation District is seeking bids for four projects to be completed in Lackawanna County under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program (EWP). Bid documents for each project are listed below. Mandatory site visits will be held on Tuesday, February 11th, 2025. The first site visit will begin at 9:30am at: 1005 Spruce Drive, Ransom TWP, PA 18411. Remaining site visit times TBD depending on the length of prior site showings.
